Position Vacany – Human Resources Officer
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our team as a strategic partner. In this role, you’ll provide direct day-to-day HR support to employees and managers within assigned divisions, assisting the HR Business Partners and HR Manager in delivering comprehensive HR services and fostering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities include:
· Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general HR matters.
· Support the HR Business Partners & HR Manager in managing employee relations issues, including investigations and disciplinary processes.
· Assist with the implementation of HR programs and initiatives (e.g., performance reviews, engagement activities, and wellness).
· Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding processes in coordination with HR Operations.
· Maintain accurate employee records
· Support recruitment activities
· Assist in coordinating training programs and development initiatives for employees.
· Prepare insightful HR reports and data for the HR Business Partners & HR Manager as required.
· Participate in HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement efforts to foster a positive work environment.
· Assist with offboarding processes in a smooth and efficient manner.
Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
· Solid understanding of HR principles and practices.
· Familiarity with local labor laws & the Employment Act.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Demonstrates high level of integrity and discretion, with the ability to support change initiatives
